Our goal is to make services accessible to the community.  Please reach out and ask about our limited sliding scale and scholarship options and see if you qualify.

Payment Options

Wise & Well currently does not accept any medical insurance.  We only accept private pay at this time.  However, we do offer several options to help families manage program fees.

  1. We provide a Superbill that families can submit to their insurance providers for partial reimbursement depending on your plan for out-of-network providers.

  2. We offer a sliding scale (limited number of spots) for families who have a financial need.

  3. Families can choose to schedule their sessions further apart to manage expenses.

  4. We offer group options for some of the programs to decrease the cost of services.

Superbills

What is a Superbill?

A Superbill is a form we use as a private practice that can serve as an itemized record of services (i.e., patient information, billing codes, and associated fees) that clients can use as a receipt to file for reimbursement from their health plan when they have paid for therapy services out-of-pocket.  Prior to requesting a Superbill, it is important to have reached out to your health insurance provider and inquire:

  • if your policy covers the therapy, you are seeking

  • if they accept Superbills

  • about your deductible, coverage, and copayment
