Are you feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or bored with your current routine? Do you feel like you're surviving, but not thriving? Prevention services are for those who may not be struggling with a mental health diagnosis, but are looking for everyday ways to boost their wellbeing and resilience.

Prevention Services range from $15 - $40.00 per session

Wellbeing Book Club

Join us for a 3-month deep dive into wellbeing topics from the latest and greatest books on wellbeing and resilience. Not only will we read and discuss a great book, but we will create plans to actively apply what is learned into our everyday lives.

The Prevail Program

A 12-week program uniquely designed to build resilience and provide a community of support to parents or caregivers of those with complex needs.

Group Programs

Learning is more fun when we learn together. We offer a variety of therapeutic and educational groups that give you the tools and community you need to reach your goals.

Group Programs range from $30 - $60.00 per session

Worry Warriors

Parent-Child Group for elementary aged children struggling with anxiety or worries. This group teaches both parent and child coping skills and strategies for anxiety, while also equipping the parent on how to support their child through tough emotions.

Super Parenting DBT-C Parent Group

Parent skills group designed for parents of children with sensitive souls, big feelings, and tough behaviors. Utilizing the strategies from Dialectical Behavior Therapy for Children (DBT-C), this group is an essential starting point for parents looking for intensive, research-backed support.

More Than Words Program

A Hanen Program to support parents of young children (ages 2-5 years) on the autism spectrum. This program is offered via small groups, as well as individually (see below).

TalkAbility

A Hanen Program to support parents of verbal children (ages 4-8 years) with social communication challenges. This Hanen Progrm is offered via small groups only.

Individual Programs

Individual Therapy

We currently offer 1-on-1mental health therapy for children and teenagers. Parents and families may be actively involved in the therapeutic process.

$125 per session

DBT-Children Program

Children (7-12 years) struggling with strong emotions and big behaviors may benefit from a more intensive program. If your child engages in destructive or aggressive behaviors, self-harming, or frequent temper tantrums, this program is for you. Your child will learn how to handle their strong emotions, while parents are equipped with tools for how best to respond.

$200 per 90-minute session

More Than Words®
The 1-1 Way

More Than Words - A Hanen Program for Parents of Children on the Autism Spectrum the 1:1 Way is offered

individually to parents of children 2-5 years of age. This program is a great resource for those parents of young children who are struggling with social interactions, communicating their wants and needs, and playing with others..

PLEASE NOTE: Our programs and services are offered both virtually and /or in-person to better meet families' needs. Also, our goal is to make services accessible to the community. If the program fees posted are out of reach for you and your family at this time, please reach out and ask about our limited sliding scale and scholarship options.
